Magdalene Spirit Circles for Women

Come circle round with other women to explore the mysteries of the Divine Feminine. This circle is Universalist Gnostic - meaning that we find value and truth in ALL Goddess-inclusive spiritual paths both modern and ancient, and look to them for wisdom and inspiration; but ultimately we rely on our own personal experiences of the Divine to guide our path, not doctrinal and orthodox structures and edicts. While the Magdalene Spirit Circle for Women does draw heavily on the more mystic and esoteric interpretations of Judeo-Christianity due to it's focus on Mary Magdalene as the central figure of inspiration, it is NOT it's exclusive focus. We will being exploring many different expressions of the Goddess energy as other cultures have perceived it. While the primary goal of the Magdalene Spirit Circle for Women is to discover, affirm,and experience the Divine Feminine in our selves and our spirituality, the ultimate expression of the Divine is Unity - and as such we will often speak of re-uniting the Bride and Bridegroom, the lila of Shiva-Shakti, the dance of the God and Goddess, and other expressions of Divine Polarity. As we learn to perceive Yeshua in a new light, we will certainly draw parallels between his teachings, and other world teachings of compassion and spiritual evolution.

Magdalene Circle Details

The Magdalene Spirit Circle for Women will initially meet every other week at the PranaDevi Energetics' Healing Studio and Temple in east Toronto (just steps from the Main Street TTC subway station). Attendees are asked to obtain a copy of "The Woman with the Alabaster Jar", so we may discuss various elements from this work during our Circles. You may be requested to acquire other books as we go along. Space is limited, so group attendance will be limited to 9 women. Weekly RSVP will be required. The Circles will be 2-3 hours in length, and take place on a weekday evening. A donation of $10 or Pay-What-You-Can will be accepted at each meeting. Participants will be invited to bring items to decorate the group's Circle altar, and also to leave prayers and petitions on the Temple's Universal Healing Altar.
