In today's world it can be very hard to find time to nurture our Spirit - and then we we do manage to make time for ourselves we may find that we have no idea how to start connecting to and feeding our Spiritual Selves! Some would like to expand their spiritual horizons above and beyond whatever faith or tradition they were raised in, or are seeking for alternative perspectives and more introspective spiritual practices within that tradition than what is normally presented in mainstream sources. We may have goals that we are not sure how to manifest. Or may be in a situation that we would like to rise above, or somehow begin to change our long-standing circumstances. Maybe we would like to ensure that we keep and expand upon the happiness we may have already carved our for ourselves, opening ourselves to more joy and blessing in our life. We may simply be looking for a way to deepen our experience and appreciation for our entire beings - mind, body, AND spirit. What Happens During a Spiritual Coaching Session?

Your first session will likely be the longest, as this is the first time you will meet and discuss your needs with your Spiritual Coach. She'll want to make sure that she understands you, your background, and your reasons for seeking Spiritual Coaching as clearly as possible, so that the recommended resources and plans that are suggested to you will be the most useful. Some of the elements that may make up a Spiritual Coaching session include: * Chakra and Aura Reading * Spot Healing and Energetic Adjustments * Mental/Emotional &/or Behavioral RePatterning through Reiki * Oracle Card Consultation * Guided Visualization * Meditation Instruction and Guided Practice * Guided Breathwork * Chanting, &/or Toning * Affirmation Co-Creation and Utilization * Focused Dialoguing * Magical Coaching (Practical Experiential Instruction in Folkways of Manifestation) * Mentorship in Various Spiritual Development Practices * Elucidation of Spiritual Philosophy What suggestions are made, plans drawn up, "homework" assigned, or future sessions that are booked for ongoing mentorship will depend entirely on what goals you are working towards through Coaching. Clients of Spiritual Coaching may elect to recieve a full 1 hour Intuitive Energy Bodywork healing performed on them, in addition to the Coaching dialogue. Having healing work done in tandem to the personal shifts that you are trying to make can really help support and accelerate the process. It is entirely optional, however, and does carry an additional (though discounted) fee when added onto a Coaching session. Depending on your individual needs, you may need to schedule a series of Spiritual Coaching sessions to better enable yourself to take advantage of ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship. Discounted multiple-session packages are available to facilitate your committment to the Spiritual Coaching plan that you co-create for yourself during your sessions.

Devi Spring has been studying and practicing various forms of spirituality intensely for the past 12 years, and also holds a B.A. in Religious Studies. She has received formal training in the creation and performance of meditations, practices, and rituals for deepening spirituality as well as manifesting various life-goals from such well respected spiritual practitioners as Anita Burns, Robert Zink, Cat Yronwode, and others. She brings a unique universalist perspective, a gift for teaching and expression, refined claircognizant and clairsentient intuitive abilities, and a decade of experience in professional energy work to each session. She can offer guidance on a wide-variety of spiritually-minded and holistic topics, and provide methods of practice from many traditions and paths. She honors all religions and spiritual paths - including agnostic, secular, and non-sectarian eclectic ones.
